HOUSE PERCELIA
I renovated an old squash court it was a subdivision in Percelia and belonged to a couple trying to get rid of there back garden (Squash Court) . I renovated it and turned it into a 7 bedroom home for myself. The design and working drawings I did myself and also took on the role of contractor. The process was amazing , I enjoyed every minute running my 12 man team and taking 7 months to build in 2007 perfecting the product, at the same time I working as a designer for Bentel Associates and managed to hold my job and contract at the same time being on site 3 times a day was key . It was an experience to have control of the design process, financial process and the construction process all in one, the project flowed like a dream, 1 turnkey solution is a great Idea on small projects. I used Revit to accomplish the technical drawings and it was the 5th house that I have designed and constructed in the area, the others I will post below this project.

CORPORATE RENOVATION
This project was a refurbishment of an old building in Elandsfontein, the building was gutted and the exterior was plastered and painted new windows and louvers were added to give it a Ferrari type of feeling. All working drawings were done in Revit 2014, Sketch up representation's were exported from Revit .
